CER Assembly Meeting: December 2-3, 2023
The quarterly CER Assembly meeting will be held online from December 2-3, 2023, Attached is the proposed Agenda.
You may access the meeting via the following Zoom links. There are no passcodes . Please note that there is a separate Zoom link for each day. The Assembly meeting will officially start at noon on Saturday, December 2nd and at 9:00 AM on Sunday, December 3rd.

AA Meetings
Outside of the Assembly meeting , the Zoom room will be opened for AA meetings as follows:
Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 8:30 -9:30 AM. The room will open at 8:20 AM
Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 7:30 – 8:30 AM . The room will open at 7:20 AM
Please use the respective Zoom links above to access the AA meetings.
The meetings are open to share your experience, strength and hope, The meetings are the 12-step format.
Welcome to the Region:
At 10:00 AM on Saturday the 2nd, there will be a “Welcome to the Region” whereby new members to the Assembly are invited to attend. This Assembly, CER officers are being asked to attend and share a brief overview of their responsibilities.
Following the “Welcome to the Region” , there will be a lunch break at 11:00 AM and the Assembly meeting will officially start at noon.
