Treasurer and Alternating Treasurer to become Ceres* members

Ceres* is the non-profit legal entity associated with CER, enabling CER to engage in legal proceedings. The CER bank account is an example of this: It’s in the name of Ceres*, and used by CER.

Recently, Ceres* realised that the banking devices that are being used by our Treasurer and Alternate Treasurer, are not authorised to be used in this way, and that this should be corrected as soon as possible. Therefore, an extra Steering Committee Meeting (SCM) was called upon request by the Ceres* Chair, to which also our Alternate Treasurer was invited.

The obvious solution: Our Treasurer and Alternate Treasurer should become non-executive Ceres* members, and thereby, be eligible to get their own banking devices. This decision was unanimous.
